Please introduce yourself briefly: First name, age, degree program / education / degree, residence / area, hobby?
My name is Andrea and I'm 22 years old. I am in my 6th semester of studying International Management in the Bachelor's degree program at Munich's FOM University of Applied Sciences and am also working as a project assistant in the aviation industry.
Describe yourself in three words
I am enterprising, communicative and open
Why did you decide to study XY? What do you like most about it?
I decided to study international management because it is wide-ranging and you can do so much after graduation. I particularly like the international connection to various issues.
How did you become aware of univativ and what was the first contact like?
I learned about it from a friend who also works internally at univativ. The first contact went well and I was then invited directly to an interview. The conversation was also very easy and pleasant.
What do you like about univativ? What can we do better?
What I like most about univativ is that you have a better chance of getting in with big companies than through the classic application process. I also really like the Come Together events because they give you an opportunity to network with other univativists.
In which industry are you currently working and what are your tasks?
Right now I'm working in the aviation industry as a project assistant for the local sales team, and I have a lot of different tasks.
Did you attend the events or the academy?
Yes, I participated in a VBA training, and the speaker did a great job communicating the material. I understood it even though I had no previous knowledge of VBA. Unfortunately, I have not yet been able to implement my acquired knowledge in the profession.I also participated in Come Together, which is always a lot of fun.
Would you recommend univativ to your best friend? Why?
Yes, of course! Definitely a chance to gain your first professional experience.
Are you one step closer to your dream job? / What does your dream job look like?
Honestly, I'm still looking for my absolute dream job because I have no firm idea of what I want to do in the future. I'm currently in the phase of trying out as much as possible, and univativ provides excellent opportunities for doing just that.
What was your childhood dream (what did you want to be when you grew up)?
I had many different dreams as a kid, one of the ones I remember was to be a policewoman. :)
What would you do if money did not matter?
Travel the whole world of course!
